The Company invests through Delaware Statutory Trusts which it sponsors in strategic partnership with Preferred Capital Securities, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), a managing broker dealer.

- Build-to-rent single family residential ("BTR")
- Suburban multifamily in path of growth
- First ring suburban locations in fast growing SunBelt markets
- Stabilized industrial and retail net lease properties
- Single tenant with long-term leases
- Investment grade credit
- Contractual base rent escalations
Investment Objectives
- Offerings are capitalized through affiliate broker-dealer PCS
- Property and project-level debt financing with banks, debt funds and life insurance companies
